2. Can I order balloons through you?

This app organizes your orders and decor jobs. You will choose your own supplier. The app helps you create the purchase order.
(We have sold specialty balloon products for years locally. We currently don’t carry a full line of decor balloons.)

3. What kind of app is it?

This is a web-based application that shows on any device. It only requires a WIFI or cellular connection with login of email + password. The app does not show up in the app stores.

4. Does it work on Mac, PC, Apple or Android?

All of those! The app will size itself according to any device. Mobile displays are optimized views. The desktop displays can show invoices and proposals in full view at approximately 8” x 11”, which is a normal sheet of paper. Balloon Ordering is a web application that can be used anywhere with WIFI, cellular or internet connection.

5. Is there a monthly or one-time fee?

There is a monthly fee to host your account and its info. The app will remember all of your work.

6. Are your apps all available now?

Balloon Tools is fully operational. Balloon Ordering CRM is available in beta version.

7. How Safe is Balloon Tools app?

How Safe is My Data?

Our servers are with Amazon’s data company, Amazon Web Services. We are protected from hackers and network attacks. We have an extensive custom firewall and large operations protecting our servers. Our datacenters are all highly secure facilities with restricted access.

Your personal account info is “for your eyes only.” No other person (including us) has access to your account data. We can only add or remove accounts. We cannot see your password either. Your information is your own.

Also, your data is not shared with any organization or individual. Your data is not used for marketing purposes or sold.

Password Notes:

Please note: practice good password protection, starting with putting it in a safe place. You’ve created your own password when you start as a new user. You can change it as often as you like. However, passwords are not retrievable in case of loss, but can be reset (without our seeing what it is).
